How can we help?

Everything customers and shop owners need to order, sell, manage and stay updated.

Getting started

What is Duitho?

Duitho helps local shops create a simple online store, receive orders or bookings, manage products and customers, track status, and share updates through WhatsApp.

Do customers need an account?

No. A customer can open a shop link, choose products or services, enter contact details, and send the request. An account is useful for viewing customer orders in one place, but it is not required for a basic order.

How do I open a shop link?

Open the link shared by the shop. You can browse its products or services, add what you need, review the total and address, and submit the order or booking.

Does Duitho charge customers a registration fee?

Duitho does not add a registration fee to a customer order. The shop controls its prices, delivery charges, taxes, minimum order, and payment instructions.

For customers

How do I place an order?

Open the shop page, search or browse the catalog, tap Add on each item, adjust quantities, review your cart, enter your name, phone number and delivery address, then send the order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Use the change or cancel option on the order page when the shop has enabled it and the request is still within its time limit. Otherwise contact the shop directly using the number shown on its page.

How do I book a service or appointment?

Open the shop link, choose a service, select an available date and time, enter your details, and submit the booking. The shop will confirm or update the appointment.

Why is my price pending?

Some shops confirm the final price after checking stock, quantity, delivery, or service details. The shop can update the price before fulfilment; review the final amount before paying.

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

Contact the shop immediately. The shop decides whether the address can be changed based on preparation and delivery status.

Orders and tracking

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link shown after you submit the order or in the WhatsApp message from the shop. The page shows the current status and completed stages.

What do the order statuses mean?

Received means the shop has received your request. Confirmed means the shop accepted it. Processing means it is being prepared. Out for delivery means it has left the shop. Delivered means the order is complete.

The tracking link does not open. What can I do?

Copy the complete link into your browser, check your internet connection, and try again. If it still fails, ask the shop to resend the order link and include your order number.

Why has my status not changed?

Statuses are updated by the shop and may not change automatically. Contact the shop if the order is urgent or the status has been unchanged for a long time.

Payments, bills and GST

How do I pay for an order?

Follow the shop's payment instruction. A shop may accept cash, UPI, card, or another method. Verify the shop name, recipient and amount in your payment app before confirming.

Does Duitho process my UPI payment?

A UPI button may open your payment app, but the transfer is between you and the shop. Duitho does not ask for or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, password, or OTP.

Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

Open the order tracking page and use the invoice or receipt link when the shop has made it available. The shop is responsible for the invoice details and tax information.

Why does GST show zero or not appear?

The shop controls whether GST applies and what information is displayed. Contact the shop for a corrected GST invoice or tax clarification.

I paid but the order still says unpaid. What should I do?

Do not pay again immediately. Save your payment reference, contact the shop, and share the order number and transaction details through a trusted channel.

For shop owners

How do I start my shop on Duitho?

Sign in with your phone number and OTP, create your shop, choose its category, add your identity and contact details, then add products or services and share your shop link.

How do I add products?

Open Dashboard, choose Products, and add the name, price, unit, category, description, image or emoji, stock and GST settings. You can also import a CSV catalog when available.

How do I receive orders?

Share your shop link with customers. New requests appear in the Dashboard under Today and Orders. Review the customer details and items, then confirm or update the status.

How do I send a WhatsApp status update?

Open the order in Today or Orders and choose WhatsApp update. Duitho sends a short status message with completed stages and the tracking link, instead of repeating the full invoice.

Can my staff use the dashboard?

Yes. Owners can manage shop members and assign roles. Access should be given only to people who need it, and each person should keep their login and OTP private.

Managing a shop

How do I change my shop link or privacy setting?

Open Dashboard, go to Shop settings, and review the shop link and privacy options. A private link can use a store ID instead of exposing a phone-based handle.

How do I update stock or prices?

Open Products, select the product, edit its price or stock quantity, and save. Keep stock and availability current so customers see accurate information.

How do I confirm, process or deliver an order?

Open the order, check the details, and use the next status button. The order timeline keeps completed stages visible, and the WhatsApp update button can notify the customer.

How do I record a payment?

Open the order's payment section, enter the amount and payment method, and record it. Check the amount and order before saving because payment records are operational records.

How do I print an invoice?

Open the order and choose the invoice or Print action. Review the customer delivery address, items, total and GST details before printing or sharing.

Account, privacy and safety

How do I sign in?

Enter the email or phone details requested by the screen and use the one-time code sent to you. Never share an OTP with another person.

Who can see my customer information?

Order information is shared with the relevant shop so it can fulfil the request. Shop owners should use customer data only for legitimate shop work and keep dashboard access secure.

Is it safe to pay from a shop link?

Check the shop identity, order amount and payment recipient before paying. Duitho will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or OTP to receive a payment.

How do I report a problem or suspicious activity?

Contact the relevant shop for an order, booking, refund or delivery issue. For account or security concerns, use the support channel available inside Duitho and include only the information needed to investigate.

How do I request deletion or correction of my information?

Use the Duitho support channel for account information. For information collected by a particular shop, contact that shop as well; some order or accounting records may need to be retained by law.

Troubleshooting

The shop page is not loading. What should I check?

Refresh the page, check your internet connection, and make sure the link is complete. The shop may be closed, private, unavailable, or using an old link; ask the owner for the current link.

WhatsApp opened in the same tab. Why?

On desktop, Duitho opens WhatsApp in a new tab when the browser allows it. Popup blocking or browser settings can prevent that. Allow popups for Duitho or use the link again.

Why do emojis look broken?

This is usually a browser, font, or copied-text encoding issue. Refresh the page and use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Shop owners should save product emojis directly in the dashboard rather than copying broken text.

Can I use Duitho on a phone?

Yes. Duitho is designed for mobile browsers and also works on desktop. Add the shop or dashboard link to your home screen for faster access.
