Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 September 2026

For customers

Check the shop, order details, delivery address and payment recipient before confirming or paying. Contact the shop first for fulfilment, cancellation, refund or quality issues.

For shop owners

Keep identity, catalog, stock, taxes, policies and contact details accurate. Protect customer information, fulfil accepted requests fairly and meet the laws that apply to your business.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms apply when you visit Duitho, create an account, operate a shop, open a shop link, place an order, or request a booking. By using Duitho, you agree to them. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorised to act for any business you represent.

2. Duitho’s role

Duitho provides software for shop pages, catalogs, orders, appointments, customer records, payment-status tracking, invoices, and communications. Duitho is not the seller, delivery partner, appointment provider, bank, payment gateway, or WhatsApp. The relevant shop owner is responsible for the transaction with the customer.

3. Account security

Keep email addresses, one-time codes, sessions, devices, and dashboard access secure. Never share a code with support or another person. You are responsible for activity through your account and must report suspected unauthorised access promptly. We may verify identity before sensitive account changes.

4. Shop-owner responsibilities

Owners must provide accurate business identity, prices, stock and service availability, taxes, GST information, address, hours, delivery terms, cancellation and refund terms, customer notices, and working contact details. Owners must review requests promptly, fulfil accepted orders and bookings as described, issue legally required invoices or bills, resolve complaints fairly, and comply with consumer, tax, privacy, advertising, licensing, health, safety, and sector-specific requirements.

5. Catalogs, services and user content

You keep ownership of content you submit, while giving Duitho a limited licence to host, format, back up, display, and deliver it to operate the service. You must have rights to use names, logos, images, prices, descriptions, and customer content. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, hateful, fraudulent, or malicious.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and booking information; review item, quantity, price, address and appointment details before sending; pay only the intended shop; and use cancellation or update controls honestly. A request is not accepted until the shop confirms it or the service shows an accepted status. Customers must not submit fake orders, harass a shop, misuse links, attempt unauthorised access, or claim a payment that was not made.

7. Orders, fulfilment, cancellations and refunds

The shop controls acceptance, stock confirmation, substitutions, preparation, delivery, appointment timing, cancellation, refunds and service quality. Statuses and inventory in Duitho are operational records and may be updated manually. Customers should contact the shop first about fulfilment, cancellation, return, refund or quality issues. Owners must not use cancellation terms to remove rights protected by applicable consumer law.

8. Prices, taxes and direct payments

The shop owner sets prices, fees, taxes, minimum orders and payment instructions and is responsible for their accuracy. UPI, cash and other payments are made directly between the customer and shop unless a future Duitho payment feature expressly says otherwise. Duitho does not process, hold, reverse or guarantee a direct transfer. Before paying, customers should verify the shop, order amount and recipient name in the payment app. Never share a UPI PIN, card PIN, password or OTP to receive money.

9. WhatsApp and third parties

When you choose WhatsApp, UPI, email, maps, hosting, analytics, or another external service, that provider’s terms, availability, fees, security and privacy policy apply. Duitho cannot guarantee message delivery, inbox placement, read receipts, recipient identity, payment confirmation, map accuracy or availability of a third-party service.

10. Acceptable use and fraud prevention

You must not break the law, impersonate another person or business, scam or mislead people, send spam, create fake orders or payments, manipulate inventory or records, scrape or probe the platform, bypass access controls, upload malware, collect unnecessary personal data, infringe rights, harass people, resell access without permission, or interfere with another shop or customer. We may delay, block, preserve or review activity reasonably believed to involve fraud, abuse or security risk.

11. Plans, trials and fees

If Duitho introduces paid plans, trials, usage limits, or add-ons, the relevant order flow will explain price, billing period, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. We may change features or limits with reasonable notice. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Duitho at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, inaccurate information, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity. We may preserve records needed for security, disputes, accounting, or law. Owners remain responsible for commitments created before termination.

13. Intellectual property

Duitho and its software, design, trademarks, documentation, and platform content belong to Duitho or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Do not copy, reverse engineer, frame, or commercially exploit Duitho except as permitted by law or written permission.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep Duitho reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security, provider failures, network issues, or events outside reasonable control. Features, integrations, and documentation may change. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

15. Disclaimers

Duitho is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every business process. We do not verify every shop, product, review, price, payment status, delivery, appointment, or customer statement. Verify important information directly with the relevant shop or provider.

16. Liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Duitho is not responsible for a shop’s goods or services, customer conduct, delivery, payment failure, third-party action, inaccurate content, indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data caused by events outside reasonable control. Owners agree to protect Duitho from claims arising from their shop, content, transactions, breach of law, or misuse. Non-waivable legal rights remain unaffected.

17. Privacy and customer records

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Owners must use customer information only for legitimate shop purposes, keep it secure, honour applicable requests, and avoid unnecessary sharing. Customers should contact the relevant shop first for a shop-specific order, booking, refund, or customer-record issue.

18. Disputes and governing law

Before launch, the Duitho operator must add the legal entity, registered address, governing law, courts or alternative dispute process, and grievance contact here. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Questions should use the support channel available inside Duitho.

19. Updates

We may update these Terms when Duitho, our plans, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the latest version and effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
